I hold a PhD in Comparative Literature from UC Irvine, and have over two decades of experience as an academic author, editor, and educator, including:
8 years teaching academic writing;
10 years writing and editing arts and health research grants;
12 years as Managing Editor for Postmodern Culture Journal. (I know academic publishing from the inside out!)
